Haili Lord

Haili Lord proudly served in the United States Marine Corps for four years, earning an honorable record of service. Her time in uniform not only deepened her commitment to service but also sparked a lifelong passion for leadership—both in herself and in others. That passion led her to earn a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, equipping her with the skills to guide teams, inspire vision, and bring plans to life.

Her expertise and drive have earned her invitations to serve on two leadership boards, where she helps organizations plan and execute with excellence. Beyond her board work, Haili serves veterans, their families, and others in the community through her role as a Real Estate Agent—helping families find not just a house, but a place to truly call home.

As co-founder of Heroes Hope, Haili pours her leadership, compassion, and determination into building a future where every veteran feels supported, connected, and valued.
